We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty.

We have a $35 minimum service fee to cover diagnostic work.

Terms and Conditions
 

  1. Grinde Gunworks stands by a 1-year workmanship warranty. 

  2. Customers are to acknowledge that modifications made to firearms will void the manufacturer warranty and/or our workmanship warranty.

  3. Customers are to acknowledge all products require normal maintenance, and that failure to maintain such products can lead to damage that Grinde Gunworks is not responsible for.

  4. Customers are to acknowledge that products not picked up within 90 days of an approved service quote or 60 days of completion after formal notice will be considered abandoned. All products deemed abandoned will be acquired and sold at the discretion of Grinde Gunworks with no value to be refunded.

  5. Customers are to acknowledge that Grinde Gunworks reserves the right to refuse service on any products for any reason. 

  6. Customers are to acknowledge the obligation to ensure all firearms are lawfully possessed and accessible only to nonprohibited persons. Furthermore that it is unlawful to sell, deliver, transfer or masquerade as a straw purchaser/owner for any reason.

  7. Customers are to acknowledge that information disclosed in service work orders, sales and transfer forms may be reviewed by the BATFE as required by law.
