OUR STORY

Josh is a Gunsmith, Toolmaker, Hunter and Outdoorsman. He grew up with a passion for the shooting sports and outdoor industry just out of Prior Lake MN while spending the majority of his youth hunting, fishing, and camping on and around his family's homestead in western WI. With ambitions and plans to open his own business in the outdoor/shooting sports industry he studied Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse before pursuing a direct path into trades at Pine Technical & Community College. While working as a Firearms Technician and Machinist he began his studies in Advanced Manufacturing. As his skills and expertise progressed throughout his studies he accepted an offer as a Gunsmith-Machnist at McNally Industries - a D.O.D. contract manufacturer, fabricating weapons and guidance systems for the military. Upon receiving associates in Gunsmithing & Firearms Technologies, Advanced Manufacturing, and Business Administration he decided to relocate to Black River Falls WI. While working as a tool, die and mold maker he decided to open a gunsmithing business to help better service the community with his time and talents.
